1. Why am I unable to complete my order at Sodaking.com?
There are several reason that Soda King may not be able to process your order. AOL users seem to have problems with our system, and we are working on this issue. Another problem is simply our server is backed up with traffic. In both cases, simply waiting a few minutes, or logging off and then returning to Sodaking can often solve the problem. If it does not, you are welcome to phone or fax your order into us by using the information at the bottom of this page. And of course, if you are ordering from outside the United States the order cannot complete and a phone or fax order will have to be placed.

2. Why is my order taking so long?
Sometimes there is a product in your order that is out of stock. In this instance, we will ask if you want to cancel the order, ship what is currently in stock, or have the order put on hold until it can be filled completely. Because Sodaking handles so many small and rare brands, we are often waiting on shipments from overseas or small bottling runs to complete and order. We make every attempt to show when an item is in stock or not, but our inventory can change at a moments notice.

3. Can I place an international order through Sodaking.com?
Orders outside the United States will not include shipping on the order form. We will send an e-mail to you with shipping included and will wait for your reply before charging your credit card and shipping your order. If we do not receive a reply in a reasonable period of time we will consider your order cancelled. COD and Cashiers Check or Money Order payment options are not accepted outside the United States

4. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa/Masterard only. Transactions are not considered valid until your Credit Card has been charged.

5. How is sales tax calculated?
Sodaking collects applicable state and local tax for orders delivered to Arizona.

6. How can I place an order by phone or fax?
We are currently unable to take phone orders at this time.  To fax an order, please call (206)547-5303.

1. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Estimated times for delivery of in-stock items vary according to location. We ship your items via UPS Ground usually within 2-3 weeks of recieving the order. UPS Ground delivery can take an additional 7-10 business days.
Note: Package arrival time estimates do not include weekends. Please allow the correct time to pass before contacting our customer service department.

2. How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped by UPS Ground (unless you choose Home/Office Delivery). Currently this is the only shipping option available. all items are securely packed.

3. How can I check on my order status?
You will be sent a UPS tracking number with your order confirmation. You can use that tracking number on the tracking page of www.ups.com to track your order.

4. What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping and handling charge is calculated by the weight of the product and is shown when you check out. Shipping charges are added to all orders unless otherwise noted on the product´s page. If you do not receive a shipping charge one will be added to your order.

5. Can I return an online purchase?
Unfortunately, do to potential product tampering we cannot allow any product returns. As a consumer, it is also good to know that you will never be receiving a returned product either.

5. What if it is damaged?
In the event you recieve broken bottles, please notifiy us of any damages or problems with your order within 7 days of receipt. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Contact orders@sodaking.com

6. What if the bottles are not broken but are not in perfect condition?
We make no claims as to the condition on the exterior of the bottles. We do not sell our products as collectables. Our products are for consumption and meant to be enjoyed as such. If you are a collector or have concerns as to the exterior condition of the bottles please call or let us know in the comments section of the order form.

We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our Web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the internet. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.
