1. Why is shipping so expensive?

The simple fact is that we are shipping two very heavy things through the mail: water and glass. Part of what makes most of our beverages so superior is the glass bottles which preserve the flavor and feel of the beverage.

2. Why does your shipping seem higher than other companies?

Mail order companies all use the same carriers, and are subject to the same rates for shipping. If a company seems to have lower shipping costs than sodaking, it is generally because they are making up for it by "padding" the price of their sodas. Sodaking is also one of the few companies that lets you "mix-and-match" instead of buying a single brand by the case.

3. Is there any way to get less expensive shipping?

Sodaking is constantly negotiating with shipping companies for the best price possible, but there are some options to help you save on shipping: we have local delivery in some areas, and we give discounts on wholesale quantites which can offset the shipping price. Also, if you have a local retailer that you can persuade to carry our brands in their stores.

4. What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

We make every effort to package our products carefully, but should you recieved a damaged shipment, promptly contact the shipper (UPS or FEDEX) and they will work with us so that we can replace the damaged items promptly.

5. Why does the shipping label have another companies label on it?

Soda King uses several distribution points to give us the widest selection of beverages and the best shipping price possible. Sometimes these distributors ship with their names on the package, but rest assured it is still the same quality Soda King brands.

6. How Can I tell what my shipping is going to be?

Shipping is shown in your shopping cart after you have logged in. This means that if you are a new customer you will have to create an account if you want to see what your shipping estimate is going to be. The reason is simple: we need your zip

7. How long can I expect to wait for my package?

Because we have such a huge selection, it can take up to 3 weeks to assemble your order. Once that is done, the shipping from one of our distributions centers to your location is based on the speed of UPS. A tracking number is e-mailed with your order confirmation.
